H2 DatabaseとJCIFSでBLOBをファイルとしてWindows共有上にアップロードする関数を作成する

H2 DatabaseとJCIFSでBLOBをファイルとしてWindows共有上にアップロードする関数を作成するには、以下のスクリプトを実行します。
